TrackDS

1. What we collect

Account data (name, email), authentication data via Supabase, profile photo you upload, supplier URLs you add, plan/billing identifiers, and device/session metadata (device id, approximate network/IP, browser label) used for security limits.

2. Chrome extension

The TrackDS Chrome extension runs supplier checks in your browser on Amazon and AliExpress pages you visit or that you ask it to monitor. It stores an account connection token and API base URL in Chrome local storage, and sends check results (price, stock, errors) to your TrackDS account over HTTPS. The extension does not read unrelated browsing history, and it only accesses TrackDS domains plus the marketplace hosts needed for monitoring.

3. How we use data

To run TrackDS (monitoring, alerts, billing), secure accounts (email confirmation, device limits, new-network warnings), and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Email

We send transactional mail such as confirmation links, password resets, and security notices when a new network signs in. Product updates only if you opt in at signup.

5. Storage & processors

Data may be processed by Supabase (auth), Postgres (profiles/products), Stripe (payments), and Resend (email) when those services are configured.

6. Retention

We keep account and product data while your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting support. Session records may be cleared when you sign out or are displaced by a new-network login.

7. Your choices

Update profile and password in Settings, reset password from the sign-in page, and sign out other devices from Security. Disconnect the Chrome extension anytime from Setup. Contact support@trackds.com for access or deletion requests.
